- Purchase orders from outside the USA must be prepaid in full. In addition to
shipping charges, a $50.00 export processing fee applies (except Canada and

Warranty:

Returns:
All items may be returned within 30 days of shipping. Full credit, less shipping and handling charges will be issued, provided the merchandise is in original condition.
If returning an item, request an RMA number from Mark-10 and complete this
RMA
form to include with the item.
